13.5 The continuing story

My development has followed a clear path: learning technical systems, supporting people who rely on them, explaining those systems, and improving the process by which reliable explanations are produced. The strongest examples connect those stages. Knowledge-base work grew out of support investigations. Product writing required deeper research into behaviour and configuration. Peer review and structured topic changes made that understanding easier to use. Tooling and AI workflows extended the work into repeatable methods for other writers.

I continue to develop as an AI-first technical writer and subject matter expert through technical investigation, practical collaboration, and tools that improve how teams create documentation. Explore my projects, writing examples, and colleague feedback to see that work in practice.
